JOIN AAU / START YOUR OWN TEAM

To play in a So Cal AAU Baseball leagues / tournaments, each team must be registered as a club team and each player must have an AAU membership card. The AAU Memberships run from September 1st through August 31st. The membership includes an insurance policy for up to $10M dollars in coverage.
This is the best insurance available for youth athletics.
The policy is accepted for any organization including USA Baseball, USSSA, Triple Crown, Cooperstown, and any other tournaments across the country. The AAU Membership / insurance policy includes 3rd party and additional insured certificates which are usually needed for practice facilities. These certs are available for every club and are free from Aug 15 - Sept 30.

STEP #1: TEAM ADMINSTRATOR MUST
PURCHASE INDIVIDUAL AAU MEMBERSHIP

- A club administrator (GM or Manager) must first purchase
a Non-Athlete AAU Membership card

STEP #2: REGISTER YOUR TEAM/CLUB WITH THE AAU

- There are three levels of AAU Team/Club Membership,
Club Level 1, Club Level 2, and Club Level 3.

*You can have multiple teams registered under 1 Club
**Club Level 3 allows your club to become a delegate
of the AAU's non profit/501 3 (c) program

STEP #3: REGISTER YOUR PLAYERS & COACHES
- All players must be registered as AAU members.
After your Club is registered you will receive a 'Club Code'
Purchase your players (or have the athletes parents purchase)
$20 AAU Membership card under your CLUB CODE
This will populate your club/team and
is valid from Sept 1 - Aug 31
If you are adding a guest player or do not know your Club Code
You may add them under the 'SO CAL BASEBALL' club

STEP #4 - TOURNAMENTS/LEAGUES

- After steps #1 - #3 are completed you will be eligible
to compete in sanctioned AAU Tournaments and Leagues.
