The Amateur Athletic Union (AAU) is the largest sanctioned sports organization in the United States. AAU Baseball was established in 1983 to provide an additional national level of competition for teams, players, and coaches whom otherwise might not have that opportunity. AAU Baseball soon established itself as the world's authority in National, Regional and Grass Roots youth baseball competition. Independent teams, Little League teams, Cal Ripken, Babe Ruth, and many more have players and coaches with AAU memberships which allows their teams to play tournaments outside their league. Each AAU Membership, at only $14 per player and $16 for coaches, is a one time fee and good for one year. An AAU membership comes with an insurance policy up to ten million dollars and also allows your team to name schools and Parks and Recreation as third party insured.

AAU Baseball in Southern California has been running the best tournaments and league play since 2006. We are in our 2012 season and will be hosting at least 24 tournaments. We will also host one of the best Travel Ball leagues in the country, included are the counties of Los Angeles, Orange, San Bernadino, Riverside, and San Diego.

Each Tournament will have 2 Divisions from 9-16 years old. Teams at Division 2 are very competitive, however teams at Division 1 are competing at the highest level and we encourage teams to challenge themselves and to "play up" whenever possible. Our goal is for the athletes to improve their skills to advance to their next level.

Each tournament will offer the opportunity to win an automatic bid to a higher level of tournament of play including the State Championship, Junior Olympics, AAU National championships at the played at the Wide World of Sports, Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando Florida. There will be a minimum of two teams advancing from each Division of every age group per tournament.

Tournament winners and Runners up will receive team trophies and individual awards.
